MICHAEL
LONDON
Michael
London has extensive
experience in strategic planning and program
development.
He is widely known for his success in team
building for effective management and as a program
manager. As
a policy advisor Mr. London has assisted numerous
multi-cultural organizations such as Coalition for
Indian Agencies of Ohio, LEAP program, a joint
project of the Art for A Child’s Safe America
Foundation and the Office of Juvenile Justice,
U.S. Department of Justice, Appalachia Gateway
Center and Women Writing for (a) Change Foundation
toward improving their effectiveness which has
often included providing an assessment of the
organizations behavior.
He has studied
a variety of different approaches to
organization’s behavior and change.
In 1983 he studied in depth with Ned
Herrmann of Applied Creative Services and became
certified to utilize the Herrmann Brain Dominance
Instrument. The
Herrmann Brain Dominance profiling process is now
world renown and has become an industry leader as
a tool for institutional change, team building,
enhancing employee productivity, and understanding
learning styles.
In addition,
to the above Mr. London has a rich experience as a
facilitator.
He has served as the chair for many Boards
of Trustees.
When facilitating an important meeting or
retreat for a client Mr. London helps institutions
to clarify the purpose and the expected results
for the gathering.
